We are OrangeCreatives.eu and we develop and design turn-key concepts and brands for clients, which are both high-end and mass market retailers and brand-owners. We are experts in the field of beauty and home care.You can find our products in stores across Europe.
We are growing fast and are therefore looking for new colleagues as an extension to the team! We are looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm about consumer products, is eager to learn and likes working in an energetic, hands-on team.
What do you do exactly?
You are our assistant product manager. This means that you’re involved in all aspects of product development, together with the product managers. From initial pitch to final launch of new products. Every product, every copy and every design you will see. You know exactly which products launch where and when. You help with market research, competitor analysis and product testing. You keep track of timings and chase deadlines. Of course, administration and system tasks are also part of your day to day work.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who takes full responsibility when given a task. Someone who is commercially aware and has both feet on the ground and is interested to learn how to develop a product from A to Z. We need someone who can help us keep up with our growth by supporting the product managers in all aspects of the process, is accurate, result-driven and who is highly organised.
Someone who is eager to learn and dives in to get the knowledge, when necessary. Easy to be around, a real team player as they say and is not afraid to get stuck in. Are you a self starter? Do you like to keep your work structured and organised? And are you stress-resistant? Are you really fluent in English and in Dutch?
Last but not least: Do you like beauty & home products as much as we do?
What are our requirements?
You have a Bachelor/University degree. (e.g. business administration, commercial economics, hotelmanagement)
You are a starter or have 0-3 years experience.
You have a hands-on mentality and a high sense of responsibility.
You are proactive and are very accurate.
You are fluent in English & Dutch. Other languages are a big plus.
You are easy going, very communicative and an absolute team player!

Where are we?
Our office is in Naarden. Very close to the A1 - easy commute to Amsterdam, Utrecht and Amersfoort. Naarden-Bussum has a train station, which is 10 minutes by bike.
